Two people were shot in Albany early Sunday morning, police responded to the scene at South Pearl & Westerlo Streets around 3am. Albany Med later confirmed two people came in to the emergency room, a 27 year old man with a gunshot wound to the leg and a 28 year old woman shot in the back. The injuries are said to be non-life threatening, police continue to investigate.
