The gates at the Great Escape are going to be closed two days a week for the foreseeable future.
A spokesman for the Queensbury amusement park says due to low staffing levels, the park and adjacent waterpark won't operate seven days a week as it has in the past. The park is continuing to search for additional employees and is also offering bonuses to people who remain in their position for the Summer.
