More than a year after negotiations began, a plea deal in the deadly Schoharie limo crash case could finally happen in September.
The Times Union reports Nauman Hussain is scheduled to appear in a Schoharie County courtroom September 2nd. Hussain was the operator of Prestige Limousine and is accused of not ensuring the vehicle involved in the October 2018 tragedy was safe before the crash that killed 20 people. He's been charged with criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter and could spend time in prison if convicted.
