New York Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul is responding to the report by the state Attorney General on Governor Andrew Cuomo.
The report found Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women in violation of state and federal laws. Hochul called Cuomo's behavior "repulsive and unlawful" and said that matters are now in the Assembly's hands. Hochul would replace Cuomo if he resigned or was impeached.
