Cuomo Accuser Goes Public, Speaks with CBS, Times Union

The aide who accuses Governor Cuomo of groping her speaks publicly for the first time. In an interview with "CBS This Morning" and the Times Union, Brittany Commisso said filing a criminal complaint was "the right thing to do," and that Cuomo "needs to be held accountable." She added, "what he did to me was a crime, he broke the law."

Commisso, known before only as "executive assistant #1", was one of eleven women whose allegations of harassment were detailed in last week's bombshell report by the state Attorney General. She also filed a criminal complaint with the Albany County Sheriff's office last week.

On Saturday, Cuomo's attorney Rita Glavin reiterated that the governor claims he not grope her.
