Albany Police have arrested a man they say set fire to a building and lied about being burglarized. Fire crews were called to the building at 407 Central Avenue Wednesday morning around 7, they found several small fires on the first floor but were able to put them out. Everyone else in the building made it out ok. Police say 32 year old Daniel Morrison intentionally set the fires and falsely reported electronic equipment had been stolen. He's in Albany County Jail.
