One of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's accusers is among those criticizing the end to the impeachment investigation into Cuomo.
Charlotte Bennett wrote on Twitter that Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie greatly miscalculated the commitment New Yorkers have to justice, accountability and transparency. She says "we see you ... Heastie and we aren't going anywhere." Heastie on Friday announced the Assembly would drop the impeachment investigation into Cuomo for sexual harassment allegations and other questionable practices days after Cuomo announced he would be resigning. Bennett was a former advisor to the governor and is one of numerous women accusing him of sexual harassment.
