Albany police say a 46-year-old man has become the city's 13th homicide victim of the year.
Officers were called to the area of Second Street and Quail Street Wednesday and found the victim who was later identified as Tyrone Wroten. He was pronounced dead at the scene of a gunshot wound to his torso. So far no arrests have been made and police are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
