New information has been released by State Police on the murder of a 19-year-old Pittstown man back in June.
Troopers say the shooting death of Nathaniel Miller was the result of a drug-related home invasion. On Monday, police arrested 19-year-old Devin Van Patten, 24-year-old Carlos Lewis and 21-year-old Kyle Hutchinson on murder, burglary and robbery charges. The homicide happened at Miller's home on Jay Herrington Road in Pittstown. Troopers say Miller and the suspects knew each other but wouldn't reveal the nature of that relationship.
