Two brothers are now facing manslaughter charges in connection with the assault of a man in Saratoga Springs.
Police say Jordan Garafalo and James Garafalo punched 56-year-old Mark French in the head last Saturday night near Clancy's Tavern on Caroline Street. French's head hit the pavement and he was rushed to Albany Medical Center where he died a few hours later. The Garafalo brothers are currently being held in the Saratoga County Jail.
