Today is Governor Andrew Cuomo's final day in office. He will address the people of New York at noon from New York City.
Over the weekend moving trucks were seen at the Executive Mansion in Albany clearing out his belongings. Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul will take the oath of office at 12:01 Tuesday and become New York's first female governor.
