Colonie police have arrested a man who they say broke into one restaurant and tried to burglarize another one.
Officers arrived at the Starbucks on Wolf Road last Thursday and found 21-year-old Manief Mullins attempting to enter the business. He was taken into custody and issued an appearance ticket before being released. A few hours later, Mullins was spotted acting suspiciously near the Panera Bread on Wolf Road and was arrested again, but this time police noticed he actually burglarized the restaurant. Police believe Mullins may have been involved in similar incidents and are asking anyone with information to call them.
