State Police have made an arrest in connection with a deadly head-on crash in Warren County.
Troopers say 66-year-old Dennis Ford was driving north in the southbound lane of Interstate 87 in Chestertown last Friday when his vehicle collided with another car. The impact killed 27-year-old Matthew Huff and 30-year-old Kerry O'Reilly who were passengers in the car that Ford's vehicle hit while the driver, 30-year-old Lauren Huff is in stable condition. Ford is now facing several charges including vehicular homicide and DWI and is being held without bail.
