Several events will be taking place across Albany County Saturday to mark the 20th anniversary of the September 11th terror attacks.
A remembrance ceremony is being held at 8:30 am in front of the main terminal at the Albany County Airport in Colonie. Also, County Executive Dan McCoy has directed officials at the Times Union Center to display an American flag on the giant LED board outside of the arena beginning at 8:15 am. At dusk, the facade of the County Office Building will be lit up with red, white, and blue lighting.
