The City of Albany presented its 5th Henry Johnson Award for Distinguished Community Service to Dr. Brenda Robinson Saturday. Robinson is an Albany resident, nurse and community activist. Mayor Kathy Sheehan recognized Robinson for her work on behalf of health care workers and the underserved during the pandemic.
The Henry Johnson award is given annually to those who fight for justice and equality in Albany.
