Albany police are investigating a shooting that sent a 53-year-old man to the hospital.
They say the man was struck by gunfire in the area of Sherman Street and Robin Street Thursday night. The victim, whose name hasn't been released, was taken to Albany Med for treatment of an injury to his leg. No arrests have been made and anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact police.
