With the 43rd Freihofer's Run for Women just days away, organizers have announced the health and safety protocols that'll be in place for the event.
The race will have a staggered start to allow enough distance between runners and masks are going to be required in the medical tent. After crossing the finish line, participants will need to move through the refreshment area to get their post-race food. The race gets underway on Saturday at 9:00 am near the State Capitol building in Albany, and more information is available online at freihofersrun.com.
