Major upgrades to New York's Hydropower Project are complete.
Governor Kathy Hochul announced Wednesday the state's largest clean energy project has been modernized. Upgrades include re-tooling a dozen pump turbines with state-of-the-art digital controls. Governor Hochul said replacing aging equipment with world-class technology will result in a cleaner environment for future generations.
