State Police are continuing to investigate a crash on the New York State Thruway that left one person dead.
Troopers say a tractor-trailer was heading eastbound on the highway between exits 24 and 25 Thursday when the truck crossed the center median and struck another vehicle heading in the opposite direction. The driver of that vehicle, whose name hasn't been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger in the tractor-trailer suffered minor injuries. Anyone who saw the accident is asked to contact State Police.
