For the first time since March 2020, Rivers Resort and Casino in Schenectady will resume 24/7 operations Friday.
The Schenectady casino was shut down for several months in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic and has been running on a limited schedule since reopening. This change means that slots and sporting bet kiosks will be open around the clock again while alcohol will be served until 4:00 am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Masks are still optional at the casino but people wearing one will be asked to pull their facial covering down at security checkpoints.
