Barriers are up around part of the New York State Museum in Albany. Last Sunday a piece of the facade fell onto Madison Avenue. Contractors have been working all week to secure the panels. Part of the sidewalk on Madison Avenue is still blocked off, no word yet when the barriers will come down.
