State Attorney General Letitia James has released the transcripts of an interview conducted with ex-Governor Andrew Cuomo that was part of an investigation into sexual harassment allegations made against him. Included in the documents is the deposition of Brittany Commisso whose allegations are the basis of a misdemeanor charge that's been filed against Cuomo.
A report from the AG claimed Cuomo sexually harassed several women and while he denied doing anything wrong, he later resigned as governor. A spokesman for Cuomo says these transcripts include questionable redactions and that the AG's investigation reeks of prosecutorial misconduct.
