A notorious serial stalker from the Capital Region has been arrested again. Sixty-one year old Michael Fuschino was arrested in Warren County on charges of aggravated stalking against someone in Vermont. Fuschino has a lengthy criminal record for stalking numerous women in the area. He has been in and out of jail several times over the last 30 years. In 2019 he was arrested for stealing from Walmart in Queensbury. His lawyer at the time told the Times Union that his client suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and mild schizophrenia.
