The Supreme Court is not going to block the New York state vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
The court decided not to halt the mandate after emergency appeals were filed by workers who say they have to choose between employment and religious beliefs. New York, along with Maine and Rhode Island, do not accommodate healthcare workers who object to the vaccine mandates.
