Schools around the country and the Capital Region were on alert yesterday as threats of violence made the rounds on social media. Saratoga County Sheriff's responded to Galway Central Schools Friday morning around 3:30 for reports of a break-in. Police arrested 20 year old Dylan Vandermark of Galway, who they say forced a door open with the intent to commit larceny. He was arraigned and released. The school, out of an abundance of caution, canceled Friday classes.
