Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie says he'll make a full recovery after testing positive for COVID-19 for the second time.
Heastie had to skip Wednesday's State of the State address while waiting for his test results which later showed he was infected. Heastie says he isn't experiencing any symptoms and is urging people to get their COVID-19 vaccines. Heastie previously tested positive for coronavirus in March 2021.
