A Schenectady man is arrested for drunk driving after Saratoga County deputies say his vehicle got stuck on train tracks.
According to police, 36-year-old Kevin McGinn was trying to cross the tracks on Tabor Road in Halfmoon Sunday when he couldn't move his vehicle any further. He got out of the vehicle just moments before it was struck by a train. No one was injured and McGinn is facing felony charges.
