A man is in the hospital after an explosion on the Coeymans Marina.
Emergency crews were sent to a boat service shop on Thursday, where the man was found with severe burns to his face and body. Authorities say the man was welding near a waste oil tank that may have exploded. The Albany County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
