A suspect is in custody for the fatal shooting of a teenager last year.
Albany police recently arrested 19-year-old Branden Rivera in connection to the death of 15-year-old Destiny Greene. Authorities say Greene was shot in and killed on Wilbur Street near Philip in May 2021. Rivera is charged with first-degree murder.
