State Police have released the name of the man who was killed in an accident at the DeCrescente Distributing warehouse in Mechanicville.
Troopers say 36-year-old Jeffrey Pasinello of Brunswick was on top of a roof Wednesday when he fell about 30 to 40 feet. Pasinello, who was working as a subcontractor on the property, died at the scene. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is involved in the investigation and is looking into several factors including whether Pasinello was equipped with the proper safety harness at the time of the tragedy.
