A meeting is being held in Schenectady Tuesday night to discuss the impact of the upcoming Francis Avenue bridge closure.
The span that connects the Hamilton Hill and Mont Pleasant neighborhoods in the city is scheduled to close on March 14th and remain shut down to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for several months. Crews will be working on replacing the concrete deck, improving the lighting and installing new sidewalks. Tuesday night's meeting is taking place at the Boys and Girls Club of Schenectady at 6:30 pm.
