Starting later this week, Spectrum customers are going to be paying a bit more money each month for their television service.
The company says beginning Friday, the broadcast TV fee will be going up by $3.00 to $21.00 per month. Spectrum's monthly equipment fee is also rising by $1.00 to $9.99 per month.
Spectrum says that it has no choice but to raise rates because of the higher fees that are being charged by network-affiliated stations to carry their content.
