The Albany County Sheriff's Office says the death of a New Scotland man has been ruled a homicide.
Sheriff Craig Apple says the 35-year-old man was found dead inside of his home on Miller Road Wednesday. Apple also says that right now, it's believed this was an isolated incident and that there's no ongoing threat to the public. The name of the victim hasn't been released.
