Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says the Adirondack Region is going to be receiving over $2 million in federal funding.
Schumer made the announcement Thursday during a visit to Glens Falls. The money will be used for several projects including repairs to Glens Falls City Hall, rehabilitating Fort Ticonderoga and boosting childcare programs in Warren County. The funds are coming from a bipartisan omnibus spending package that was passed by Congress.
