Another Hudson Valley Democrat is considering a Congressional run in the 19th District.
Following Congressman Antonio Delgado's selection as the state's newest Lieutenant Governor, State Senator Michelle Hinchey of Saugerties may be eyeing a bid in the race to replace him. A Hinchey representative told the Daily Freeman she's focused where she can make the biggest impact for her community and is considering all options to continue fighting for upstate residents. Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan is also considering a run for Delgado's seat.
