Thousands of people will be spending time in Albany's Washington Park this weekend for the 74th annual Tulip Festival.
The event begins Friday with the traditional street scrubbing event on State Street between Eagle Street and Lodge Street. The festival continues Saturday and Sunday and will feature food, live music, the crowning of a new Tulip Queen and roughly 150-thousand tulips.
