Eight of the best race horses in the country will be competing Saturday to try and win one of the most prestigious races in the sport.
The 2022 Belmont Stakes will mark the return of Rich Strike, who pulled off a stunning upset and crossed the finish line first in last month's Kentucky Derby. The race at Belmont Park is one-and-a-half miles, which makes it the longest of the three Triple Crown races. Post time Saturday is scheduled for approximately 6:44 pm.
