A Troy man is facing up to 20 years behind bars after admitting that he received and possessed child pornography.
The U.S Attorney's Office says 50-year-old Derek Luch pleaded guilty Tuesday to using a file-sharing service between May and October of last year to download and receive numerous images of children engaged in explicit conduct. Luch going to be sentenced on October 13th. Once he's released from prison, Luch will have to register as a sex offender.
