Officials with the University at Albany say the first of two active shooter drills are going to be held Wednesday.
The drill is scheduled to run from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm at Brubacher Hall, which is located on the school's downtown campus. The second drill will be Thursday from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm and people in the area will see an increased police presence during both two time periods. The drills will have minimum impact on campus activities because most students are on summer vacation.
