Troy Mayor Patrick Madden and other city officials are warning folks about the dangers of the Poestenkill Gorge. There have been several drowning deaths in that area over the last several years and the victims have included individuals who decided to enter restricted spots. As a reminder, public access to the gorge is prohibited and police are going to be keeping a close eye on the location during the summer months. Anyone who is caught trespassing will face a 250-dollar fine.
