The pain at the pump is easing up and that means Capital Region drivers are paying less to fill up their vehicles.
According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular fuel is $4.47. That's down $.04 in the past week and is $.03 less than this time one month ago. Right now, the state average is sitting at $4.52 a gallon and the national average is $4.21.
