Third Person Pleads Guilty in Connection With Murder Outside Motel Six

A third person has pleaded guilty in connection with a murder that happened outside of a Motel Six in Colonie.

On Tuesday, 23-year-old Desirique Johnson admitted to trying to assault Xiaa Price on Curry Road back in May 2021 before the victim was shot and killed. Johnson is facing five years in prison when he is sentenced in November. His co-defendants, 25-year-old Paul Streeks and 46-year-old Kenneth Spencer pleaded guilty earlier this week.
