Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is scheduled to make an appearance in Saratoga Springs on Friday.
Her office says she'll be delivering the keynote address at the New York State Wireless Association forum that's being held at the Saratoga Springs City Center. The New York Democrat will discuss her efforts to boost broadband access in rural communities and also improve cybersecurity. The NYSWA is an advocacy group for the wireless industry and represents thousands of members and hundreds of companies.
