Members of the Albany Cannabis Committee have announced an upcoming series of public hearings aimed at helping create the city's municipal cannabis policy.
Those hearings are set for September 27th at the Washington Avenue Public Library, the STEAM Garden on Central Avenue October 6th and the last hearing is being held virtually October 11th. Among the things that will be discussed include planning and zoning, quality of life concerns, and also tax reinvestment. Residents who want to submit a comment in advance can do so by mail, email, or by sending a text message to 518-618-2268.
