The 23-year-old man arrested in connection with a weekend homicide in Albany is expected to be arraigned in court Tuesday.
According to police, Laquan Fallen shot 24-year-old Csar Lewis in the area of Central Avenue and Robin Street Sunday night. Lewis was taken to Albany Medical Center but later pronounced dead. There's no word yet on a motive for the shooting. There have been 13 homicides in Albany since the beginning of the year.
