An animal neglect suspect will have to give up her animals.
Sue Kelly has not paid her bond, which means all the animals seized from her Mayfield home are forfeit. Over 50 dogs, plus rabbits, a horse, and goats were taken from Kelly back in July. Officials say she was not abusing the animals but instead took in more than her rescue organization could handle. The animals will now go to the Fulton County Regional Animal Shelter for adoption.
