The latest data released by the state shows there's been a significant decline in the spread of COVID-19 in the Capital Region.
Right now, the seven-day average infection rate is sitting at 7.6%. At this time last week, the infection rate was 9.52%. As a reminder, anyone who wants to get a COVID-19 vaccine or receive the latest booster shot can find an immunization clinic in their area by going to vaccines.gov.
