The case against a Schenectady man accused of carrying out a double homicide will be moving forward to a grand jury.
On Monday night, 19-year-old Nicholas Fiebka made an appearance in Princetown Town Court. Prosecutors say he shot and killed 61-year-old William Horwedel and his mother, 60-year-old Alesia Wadsworth, at a residence on Reynolds Road in Princetown last week. Fiebka is still being held in the Schenectady County Jail without bail.
