Not only does American League MVP Aaron Judge have a new contract, he also has a new title with the New York Yankees.
On Wednesday, the franchise announced that Judge has been named the 16th captain in the team's history. Judge has signed a nine-year, $360-million deal to remain with the Yankees which all but ensures he will play his entire career with the 27-time World Series champions. Judge led the A-L this year with 62 homers and also knocked in 131 runs.
