Several reports say the Justice Department is reviewing the discovery of a handful of classified documents from President Joe Biden's time as vice president found at a Biden think tank. The National Archives has referred the matter to the Justice Department for investigation. CBS News reports the FBI is now also involved after the documents reportedly turned up at the Penn Biden Center. Biden's attorneys turned the documents over to the National Archives last November when they were clearing out the Washington, DC office Biden occasionally used from 2017 to 2019.
